What is the OSS Academy® Refund Policy?

OSS Academy® works hard to produce the highest quality courses.

If you purchased a course and did not access the course content, we will provide a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase.

On the other hand, if you purchased a course and accessed the course content (but did not enter the final exam), you may request an exchange for another course of like value up to fifteen (15) days from date of purchase.

In either situation, OSS Academy® is happy to transfer the course to another client.

To make a request, Contact Us and provide:

   •   Order Number
   • State ID Number
   •    First and Last Name
   •   Phone Number
   •    Email Address
   •   Course Name
